Friend 2 Friend is the Mobile-Arm of Horizons Community Church in Ham Lake, MN.

Our sole purpose is to show practical care & love to our neighbors in the manner taught by Jesus – and practiced by Christians through the ages. Current focus is on clothing needs – collecting, sorting, and then distributing all we have each week by going out in our immediate area and sharing what we have to all at no cost.
